Data collected:
When using the contact form, only the first name and email address are collected.
When ordering a product, the identity of the customer as well as their postal and email address are collected for billing purposes and provision of courses.
Shelf life:
Data relating to the sending of messages to the private contact list is retained until the contact makes a withdrawal request.
Data relating to orders placed on the site are kept for an unlimited period of time, for accounting purposes and so that the customer has access to their member area.
Right of access to stored data:
The user can access their personal data kept by Français Authentique by contacting the support-clients.
The request will be processed provided that proof of identity is provided (copy of a valid identity document).
Classic requests are processed free of charge. However, Français Authentique may request the payment of dissuasive processing fees in the event of requests that are abusive in terms of their number, repetitive or systematic nature (in accordance with GDPR regulations).
Right to rectification of stored data:
The user may request the rectification, updating or deletion of data concerning him by contacting the support-clients.
Each email sent also contains, at the bottom of the page, links allowing the customer to delete or rectify their data.
